We are more than just a betting platform – we are a community of Malaysian players who value a safe, fair and enjoyable experience. Get to know ong24 better.
ong24 is an online sports betting and casino platform built specifically for Malaysian players. Our name comes from the word "ong" — which in Malaysian and Southeast Asian culture means good luck or fortune — while the number 24 represents our availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without interruption. This isn't just a catchy name — it's a promise we uphold every single day.
Since launching, ong24 has grown into one of the leading destinations for Malaysian players seeking a complete, secure and enjoyable betting experience. We understand what Malaysians want — a straightforward interface in Bahasa Melayu, local payment options like Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow, and a game selection that covers everything from the Malaysian Super League and EPL to live casino Baccarat and 4D lottery.
Behind the platform you use every day is a team of over 200 dedicated professionals – from software engineers to cybersecurity experts, from data analysts to customer support agents fluent in Bahasa Melayu. They work around the clock to ensure every experience you have at ong24 running smoothly, quickly and without interruption.
To become the number one online betting platform of choice for Malaysians — known for trust, security and genuine fun.
To deliver a responsible, fair and entertaining betting experience to every Malaysian player, wherever they are.

In just a few short years, ong24 has grown from a small platform into a community of over half a million players from across Malaysia. They come from all walks of life – office workers in Kuala Lumpur who love watching EPL football, fishermen in Terengganu who try their luck with 4D after a long day at sea, young people in Sabah who are passionate about e-sports. What unites them all is one thing – trust in ong24.

Every question is answered patiently by a support team that understands the local language and culture. And every win — no matter how small — is processed promptly and without unnecessary interrogation.
On the payments front, ong24 to become one of the first platforms in Malaysia to fully integrate the local digital payment ecosystem. You can deposit using Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay and FPX (Maybank2u / CIMB Clicks). Deposits arrive within 30 seconds. Withdrawals to e-wallets are completed in under 5 minutes. This is not an empty promise – it is a proven track record we are proud to maintain every single day.
We at ong24 also believes that responsible gambling is the foundation of a healthy and sustainable industry. We don't just want our players to win — we want them to play happily and healthily for the long term.
Looking ahead, ong24 continues to invest in research and development to deliver an even better experience for Malaysian players. Among the features currently in development are deeper e-sports betting coverage including Malaysian leagues such as MPL MY, integration of more local payment methods, and an enriched loyalty programme with a wider range of benefits. We listen to your feedback, and every reasonable request is given serious consideration by our development team.
Ultimately, success ong24 is measured not by transaction volume or revenue growth alone – it is measured by the satisfaction and trust of our players. Every time a player says "ong24 is truly trustworthy," that feels like a greater achievement than any industry award. And that is the motivation that drives us to keep giving our best, every single day.
