The Complete ong24 Account Registration Guide for Malaysian Players

Creating an account at ong24 is the first step in your online entertainment journey. The process is designed to be as simple and quick as possible – we understand you want to start playing, not spend time filling out lengthy forms. That said, every piece of information requested in the registration form ong24 has a clear purpose, and understanding that purpose will help you complete the process more smoothly.

Full name that you entered when registering your account ong24 must match exactly what is stated on your MyKad or passport. This is important because your details will be verified when you make a withdrawal or go through the KYC (identity verification) process. A name mismatch can cause delays in processing your withdrawal – something we want to avoid. If you have a nickname or preferred name, please use your official name on the registration form.

Mobile phone number is the key to keeping your account secure ong24. It is used to send the OTP during registration, to verify large transactions, and as an account recovery option if you forget your password. Make sure the number you register is active and in your possession. The phone number must be a Malaysian number – starting with +601 or 01.

Related username – this is your identity on the platform ong24 and cannot be changed after registration. Take a moment to choose a username you're happy with. It must be unique (not already taken by another member), between 6 and 20 characters, and consist only of letters, numbers and underscores. Avoid using easily guessable personal information such as your date of birth or full name in your username for added security.

Password is your account's first line of defence ong24 yours. We recommend a password of at least 8 characters using a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing the same password as your social media or email accounts. If you're worried about remembering your password, consider using a trusted password manager. Once registration is complete, we encourage you to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account settings ong24 for an added layer of account security.

After registering and logging in, the first thing we recommend is heading to "Account Settings" to complete your profile – including verifying your phone number and email. You can also go ahead and make your first deposit using any of the available payment methods at ong24 – Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, or via FPX to your Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks account. The minimum deposit is just RM20, and funds appear in your ong24 account balance within seconds.

One important thing to note: each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) ong24 account only. Registering multiple accounts – even with different details – is a violation of ong24's Terms & Conditions and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you previously had an account that was closed and wish to register again, please contact the ong24 support team first for approval before creating a new account.

Finally, we'd like to remind you that playing at ong24 is purely for entertainment. Registering an account opens the door to a wide range of exciting games – but playing responsibly is always in your hands. Set your deposit limits, enjoy every session, and remember – the real fun of playing at ong24 is when you play within your means, not beyond your limits. Welcome to the ong24 Malaysia community!
